Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Master's or Bachelors degree in any discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent in academic result.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MPA, MPF, MPB, MBM will be given preference.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Age At most 55 years

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager in any reputed Bank with proven track record.

• Applicant preferably have started his/her career as MTO or Probationary Officer.

• The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations is required

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Applicant having break of service need not apply.

• Age: Maximum 55 (fifty five) years as on last date of application.

• Permanent in the rank of Senior Executive Officer to Executive Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for managing Branch portfolio and achieve business target.

• Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of the Branch aligning with the objectives set by the Management of the Bank.

• Ensure proper compliance in every aspect of Branch operations.

• Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth of the Bank.

• Plan, direct and manage Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets.

• Play key role for delivering financial solutions that meet customer's needs; building long lasting relationship in local community and ensuring high-quality customer services.

• Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements.

• Lead and managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
