Education:
Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
Professional certifications in Cards, Digital Payments, or Banking will be considered an added advantage.
Candidates having professional degrees such as CA/CMA/CS/CFA/CSAA/ACCA/CISA/MPA/MPF/MPB, MBM will be given Preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Head Office
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Executive Vice President
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Bank's overall Card Business strategy to achieve business growth and profitability.
Lead the acquisition and portfolio management of Debit, Credit, and Prepaid Card products.
Design innovative card products and promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
Manage relationships with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, NPSB, etc.), vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor portfolio performance, transaction volumes, profitability, and risk indicators.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
Lead digital payment initiatives and strengthen card usage through strategic partnerships.
Supervise and mentor the Card Business team to achieve business objectives.
