Relationship Manager - Sales (AVP/VP)

• Minimum Bachelor`s degree from a recognized university.

• Experience in stock broking will be given preference.

• Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid DSE Authorized Representative (AR) license.

Job Role:

• Generate business revenue in line with salary and contribute to the company`s profitability.

• Ensure full compliance with stock exchange regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

• Foster a culture of growth mindset within the company`s framework.

• Salary Range: BDT 100,000 - 350,000 (Monthly Gross)

• Probation Period: Six months

• Confirmation: Subject to satisfactory performance and contribution during the probation period
