Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager 03 years Non-Life insurance background. Professional degree in insurance will be preferred.

Job Description/Responsibility (At least three must be given)
Assisting in the placement and administration of the company's reinsurance programmes.
Handling treaty and facultative reinsurance arrangements.
Preparing and processing reinsurance documentation, slips, statements, and bordereaux.
Coordinating with reinsurers and reinsurance brokers regarding placements, confirmations, endorsements, and renewals.
Monitoring reinsurance premiums, commissions, recoveries, and outstanding balances.
Processing and following up reinsurance claims and recoveries.
Maintaining accurate records of treaty and facultative reinsurance transactions.
Assisting in preparation of treaty renewal information and renewal submissions.
Ensuring timely submission of reinsurance accounts and statements to relevant reinsurers/brokers.
Reconciling reinsurance accounts with the Finance & Accounts Department.
Monitoring compliance with approved reinsurance arrangements and internal policies.
Providing reinsurance-related information and reports to management as required.
Assisting in monitoring the company's retention, capacity, and reinsurance protection.
Maintaining proper documentation and filing systems for all reinsurance transactions.
Coordinating with Underwriting, Claims, Finance & Accounts, and other relevant departments.
Supporting internal and external audits by providing required reinsurance records and information.
Keeping abreast of developments in the insurance and reinsurance market.
Performing any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
