Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Master's or Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a reputed university with no third division/class or equivalent in academic result.

• Age At most 55 years

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in any reputed Bank with proven track record.

• Candidate having 3 years’ work experience in any NGO related bureau/listed by Microcredit Regulatory Authority/authorized NGO/MFI will be given preference.

• The candidates having experience in BURO Bangladesh, TMSS, Uddipan, Shakti Foundation for Disadvantaged Women, Sajida Foundation, RDRS, Padekhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra, Society for Social Services (SSS), Jagorani Chakra Foundation, RIC will be given preferences.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Applicant having break of service need not apply.

• Age: Maximum 55 years as of last date of application.

Employment Status:

• Permanent in the rank of Senior Executive Officer to First Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

Any and every work related to Agricultural and Rural Credit of the Bark in accordance with Bangladesh Bank policy and guidelines.

Be responsible for managing the Division.

Monitoring and working closely with all Branches regarding agri business.
