Habib Bank Limited (HBL), a foreign bank operating in Bangladesh, is seeking to hire a Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Corporate, CMSME, and Agricultural clients, driving business growth, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering superior customer service. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and contributing to the Bank’s business, profitability, and portfolio growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow business relationships with CMSME, Agricultural, MFI, and Corporate Banking clients to achieve assigned business targets.

• Identify new business opportunities through market outreach, referrals, and client engagement.

• Manage and expand client portfolios while ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Ensure timely renewal of credit facilities, KYC compliance, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Act as the focal point for CMSME, Agricultural Finance, Green Banking & Sustainable Finance, and Women Entrepreneur Financing.

• Monitor portfolio performance and support timely repayment and risk mitigation initiatives.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and reporting requirements.

• Contribute to portfolio profitability through appropriate structuring, pricing, and relationship management.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of business objectives.

• Responsible for any other tasks of Corporate Banking as and when assigned by the Head – Corporate Banking/ Team Leader Corporate Banking from time to time.

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (subject to transfer to any other location within the country)
