Job Context:
∎ • We are looking for a hardworking, intelligent, and skilled individual to serve as the Commercial Executive for our Bangladesh Office.
∎ • The Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing all commercial and shipping operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Proficient knowledge of LC terms (Sight, Usance & UPAS) and export documentation.
∎ • Accustomed to shipping incoterms and basic comprehension of Bills of Lading, particularly in container and bulk shipments
∎ • Interaction with banks, shipping lines, suppliers, traders, agents, customers, and global offices
∎ • Compilation of export shipping documents, conducting basic checks, scanning to buyers, negotiating against received LCs with banks, and electronic filing
∎ • Evaluate and negotiate pertinent banking documents. Coordinate all L/C-related payments
∎ • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain regular updates on cargo movement and shipment schedules, closely tracking timely L/C issuance and receipt.
∎ • Provide timely reports and updates on business activities, encompassing L/C movements, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years

∎ Proficient in written and verbal English.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
