• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production

• Only Male

• MUST SPEAK BASIC ENGLISH

• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT STEEL FACTORY ENVIRONMENT

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily steel production activities to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

• Monitor production schedules, targets, manpower, materials, and equipment availability.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality control, electrical, and mechanical teams.

• Follow up on production progress and report operational issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.

• Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out according to approved procedures and standards.

• Assist in identifying production delays, equipment breakdowns, and process-related problems.

• Maintain production records, shift reports, and other operational documentation.

• Ensure proper coordination between control room and field operations.

• Support implementation of production plans and help achieve daily/monthly production targets.

• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

• Assist in improving production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and reducing operational losses.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgy, or relevant Engineering field.

• Relevant experience in production coordination, preferably in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment.

• Good understanding of steel production processes and industrial operations.

• Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and production reporting systems is preferred.
