Job Context

HC Group Co., Ltd. is looking for a Chinese Translator to support communication between Chinese engineers, technicians, management and local factory staff. The role will mainly involve on-site translation and coordination during machine installation, production, maintenance, troubleshooting, training and daily factory operations.

The ideal candidate should have good Mandarin–Bangla/English communication skills and be able to clearly communicate instructions between Chinese and local teams. The candidate should be responsible, proactive and comfortable working in a factory environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide on-site verbal interpretation between Chinese engineers/technicians and local factory workers and staff.

* Assist Chinese engineers and technicians in communicating with local teams during machine installation, setup, operation, maintenance and repair.

* Translate and explain machine operating instructions, SOPs, safety instructions, and technical information to local employees.

* Translate technical documents, machine manuals, work instructions and notices from Chinese to Bangla/English and vice versa when required.

* Accompany Chinese technical staff during factory inspections, production activities, machine testing, and troubleshooting.

* Assist in communication between Chinese staff and local production, maintenance, quality and management teams.

* Interpret during daily meetings, training sessions, technical discussions and factory-floor activities.

* Help local workers understand instructions given by Chinese supervisors, engineers and technicians.

* Report and clarify any communication issues or misunderstandings between Chinese and local employees.

* Assist Chinese employees with local coordination and day-to-day requirements when necessary.

* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling company and technical information.
