Job Context:

HC Group Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and responsible Factory Security Manager to oversee and strengthen the overall security operations of its factories and other company premises. The position will be responsible for security planning, risk assessment, security personnel supervision, access control, asset protection, incident management, emergency response and coordination with relevant authorities.

The successful candidate will ensure that effective security systems and SOPs are implemented and maintained across all assigned locations, identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to protect people, assets, materials, facilities and company operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, maintain, and regularly review security policies, SOPs, systems and operational procedures for factories and company premises.

• Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and security gaps across factories, warehouses, sites and delivery points.

• Develop appropriate security measures to protect company personnel, assets, raw materials, finished goods, machinery, equipment and facilities.

• Assess security requirements and establish appropriate security deployment plans, duty posts, shift arrangements and coverage based on site-specific risks and operational needs.

• Supervise and monitor security personnel and security supervisors to ensure discipline, alertness, proper conduct, grooming and effective performance.

• Conduct regular security briefings, training, drills and counseling to improve the knowledge, discipline, alertness, and service quality of security personnel.

• Establish and monitor effective gate security, access control, visitor management, vehicle checking, material movement control and employee entry/exit procedures.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance, security patrols, gates, perimeter security and security posts to ensure effective protection of company premises.

• Conduct regular visits and inspections of factories, warehouses, sites, premises and delivery points to identify security gaps and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Investigate and manage security incidents including theft, unauthorized access, loss of materials, security breaches, vandalism, sabotage, misconduct and other security violations.

• Prepare detailed incident reports, investigation reports, inspection reports and security performance reports for management.

• Take prompt and appropriate action during security emergencies, critical incidents, fire-related emergencies and other crisis situations.

• Maintain effective liaison with Police, Fire Service, local government authorities, law enforcement agencies and other relevant stakeholders on security-related matters.

• Review the performance of security personnel and security service providers, identify operational deficiencies and implement necessary corrective measures.

• Ensure availability and proper utilization of security equipment, communication devices, CCTV systems, lighting, barriers, access-control systems and other security logistics.

• Monitor and control the security operations budget and related expenses and ensure economical utilization of security resources.

• Conduct periodic security audits, inspections and compliance checks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop and maintain effective emergency response and crisis management procedures for security-related situations.

• Continuously evaluate security operations and recommend improvements to strengthen factory security, minimize security risks, prevent losses and protect company assets and operations.

• Perform any other security-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management for the protection and benefit of the company.
