• Ex-Army / Armed Forces personnel with relevant security management experience will be strongly preferred.

• Experience managing security operations in a large-scale garment factory with 20+ production lines will be highly preferred.

• Proven experience managing a large security team and multiple security posts.

• Experience in factory gate control, access management, CCTV, asset protection and loss prevention.

• Experience in emergency response, fire safety coordination and incident management.

•Experience in a reputed export-oriented RMG factory in Bangladesh will be strongly preferred.

Position Purpose

To manage and control the overall security operations of a 20-line outerwear garments manufacturing facility, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, factory premises, machinery, raw materials, finished goods and company assets. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security systems, access control, visitor management, gate control, emergency response, loss prevention and security discipline across the factory. The role requires strong leadership, discipline, alertness and the ability to manage a large security team in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage overall security operations and supervise security personnel across the factory.

• Maintain strict control over factory entry and exit, employee access, visitors, vehicles, materials and finished goods.

• Implement effective gate-pass, visitor management and access-control systems.

• Monitor security of raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, machinery, finished goods and company assets.

• Conduct regular security rounds and identify potential security risks, vulnerabilities and unauthorized activities.

• Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized movement of materials and other security-related incidents.

• Monitor CCTV, security alarms, fire exits, boundary areas and other critical security points.

• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Store, Production and Compliance teams on security-related matters.

• Maintain proper records of visitors, vehicles, incidents, gate passes and security activities.

• Lead emergency response during fire, accidents, disturbances, unauthorized entry or other critical incidents.

• Coordinate with local law-enforcement agencies and emergency services when required.

• Conduct regular security briefings, drills and training for security personnel.

• Ensure discipline, proper uniform, attendance and professional conduct of all security personnel.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly security reports for management.

• Perform any other security and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
