• Experience in footwear, RMG, manufacturing, or industrial factories will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent observation and situational awareness.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.

• Ability to handle emergency and critical situations calmly and effectively.

• Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills will be an advantage.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts when required.

• Must be proactive, alert, and capable of taking quick decisions within company policy.

Job Context

Ajax Shoes Mill’s Ltd. is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Security Supervisor / Security In-Charge to oversee the overall security operations of our factory premises and ensure the safety of employees, visitors, company assets, and property.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and control the overall security operations of the factory premises.

• Lead, manage, and monitor all security guards and ensure proper deployment at assigned posts.

• Prepare and maintain security duty rosters, shift schedules, attendance, and replacement arrangements.

• Ensure strict control over all factory entry and exit points.

• Monitor the entry and exit of employees, workers, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and vehicles.

• Ensure proper visitor registration and maintain visitor entry/exit records.

• Check and control the movement of company materials, finished goods, raw materials, equipment, and other assets through the factory gates.

• Verify gate passes, delivery challans, material movement documents, and other relevant documents when required.

• Ensure no unauthorized person, vehicle, or material enters or leaves the factory premises.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report any suspicious activity or security concerns to management.

• Conduct regular security rounds throughout the factory premises, boundary areas, warehouse, production areas, parking areas, and other critical locations.

• Identify potential security risks and take preventive measures to minimize security threats.

• Maintain discipline among security personnel and ensure proper performance of assigned duties.

• Conduct regular briefings and instructions for security guards regarding security procedures and company requirements.

• Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts and maintain necessary records.

• Handle security incidents, disputes, unauthorized entry, theft, loss, damage, or other irregularities and report them immediately to management.

• Take immediate and appropriate action during emergencies, accidents, fire incidents, natural disasters, or other critical situations.

• Coordinate with the Fire & Safety, HR, Admin, Production, and other relevant departments during emergencies.

• Ensure security personnel are familiar with emergency exits, fire extinguishers, assembly points, and emergency response procedures.

• Maintain close coordination with local law enforcement authorities and other relevant authorities when required.

• Support management during buyer visits, inspections, audits, special events, and other important occasions.

• Ensure proper security arrangements during VIP/buyer visits and official events.

• Monitor and control parking and vehicle movement inside and around the factory premises.

• Ensure security guards properly follow company rules, regulations, and security procedures.

• Investigate and prepare preliminary reports regarding security incidents, losses, theft, damage, or other irregularities.

• Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, patrol records, visitor records, and other required documentation.

• Conduct surprise checks of security posts and guards to ensure alertness and proper performance.

• Ensure guards remain properly equipped and maintain professional behavior while on duty.

• Identify security manpower requirements and inform management regarding shortages, replacements, or additional manpower needs.

• Provide recommendations to management for improving overall factory security.

• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management.
