• Only Male

• Relevant experience in private security, law enforcement, military, industrial security, or security operations is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in Bangladesh security operations may be given preference.

• Must have driving license and a personal vehicle (Motorcycle).

• Conduct scheduled and random inspections of security posts, gates, perimeters, and other assigned areas.

• Supervise security guards’ attendance, discipline, punctuality, grooming, and performance.

• Ensure guards follow post orders, duty rosters, security procedures, and client instructions.

• Conduct regular foot/mobile patrols and identify security risks, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and irregularities.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, theft, unauthorized access, and other disturbances.

• Coordinate with management, clients, emergency services, and law-enforcement authorities when required.

• Maintain daily inspection, patrol, incident, and security-related records.

• Prepare and submit reports on incidents, security breaches, complaints, and operational issues.

• Inspect security equipment, uniforms, communication devices, registers, and other assigned items.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, safety standards, and applicable laws of Bangladesh.

• Maintain professional communication and confidentiality while handling security-related information.

• Identify security weaknesses and recommend corrective actions and training requirements.
