• Coordinating schedules and providing hands-on training for the security team.

• Managing access control for people and vehicles, including security checks for new joiners.

• Maintaining fire-fighting equipment and ensuring high health and safety standards.

• Overseeing the daily flow of parking and vehicle management near the premises.

• Coordinating with Admin and local police to resolve discrepancies and disciplinary matters.

• Providing clear, professional communication and security logs to the leadership team.
