Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Retired from a Bangladesh Defence Organization/Service (Army/Navy/Air Force/Police/Fireservice) will be given preference.

• Experience in industrial/factory security management will be an advantages.

• Must be willing and physically capable of working on a rotational shift basis, including day and night shifts.

• Manage and supervise the overall security operations of the factory premises.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and other security/access-control systems.

• Monitor access points and ensure that only authorized personnel, visitors, vehicles, and materials are allowed entry/exit.

• Identify, investigate, and immediately report any suspicious activity, security breach, or unusual incident to management.

• Prevent and control unauthorized access, theft, violence, vandalism, and other security risks.

• Ensure proper security arrangements during shift changes, employee movement, loading/unloading, visitor movement, and other important activities.

• Conduct regular security inspections and patrols throughout the factory premises.

• Handle emergency situations, security incidents, and internal investigations.

• Maintain visitor, vehicle, incident, security, and other relevant records.

• Prepare and submit regular security reports to management.

• Coordinate with management, local law-enforcement agencies, and emergency services when required.

• Take immediate and appropriate action to minimize security threats and protect company personnel, property, and assets.
