Responsibilities & Context:

• Keep the higher management informed on over all security situation of the shopping mall twice daily and also as and when required.

• Pass down the instruction of the higher management to the concerned employees of the department as and when necessary.

• Supervise all administrative activities of the security department.

• Co-ordinate with Security teams, other departments and Mall management.

• Assist / Handle incident response and investigations.

• Support Security training and development.

• Oversee CCTV monitoring and Security system.

• Look after the well-fare of the employees of the department.

• Inspect various duty places/posts at random.

• Assist the Department Head in all activities of security department as and when required.
