Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager (Food& Beverage) to lead and manage the complete manufacturing operations of our food and beverage products, including, Biscuits, Chips, mineral water, juice, cold drinks and related products.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in food formulation, mixing, batch processing and factory production management, with the ability to ensure consistent quality, efficient production, cost control and timely delivery.
Candidates with relevant experience in Food& Beverage Manufacturing/Production from reputed Bangladesh-based companies such as Square food products, Pran Food products, kazi food products or similar organizations will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities.
Supervise Food formulation, mixing, batch preparation and manufacturing processes.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and batch consistency.
Manage production manpower, machinery, raw materials and production resources.
Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and wastage.
Maintain proper production records, batch documentation and reports.
Coordinate with QC, R&D, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain for smooth production operations.
Ensure compliance with factory safety, hygiene, quality and operational standards.
Identify production problems and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
Lead, supervise and develop the production team.
