Experience:
HSC / Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering.
Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
Candidates with HSC and relevant experience in automobile spare parts, inventory, or warehouse management may also be considered.
2–4 years of relevant experience in automobile/motorcycle spare parts, warehouse, inventory or service center operations.
Spare parts identification and classification
Inventory management
Stock receiving, issuing and reconciliation
Parts coding and bin/location management
Stock counting and physical verification
MS Excel / ERP knowledge
Understanding of motorcycle/automobile components
Proper documentation and record keeping
The Parts Officer/Storekeeper shall be responsible for the proper control, storage, issuance, and documentation of CFMOTO spare parts and related inventory.
Issue genuine CFMOTO spare parts only, against authorized Job Cards and approved repair requirements.
Ensure parts are issued accurately according to the vehicle model, repair requirement, and authorized quantity.
Maintain accurate records of all parts received, issued, returned, transferred, and remaining in inventory.
Maintain proper stock control and conduct periodic physical inventory verification.
Store spare parts in an organized, secure, and suitable environment to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
Maintain warranty-replaced/damaged parts separately and ensure proper identification, tagging, storage, and documentation.
Maintain and regularly update inventory records, warranty registers, parts issue records, and related documentation.
Coordinate with the Service Advisor and technicians to ensure required parts are available for scheduled repairs.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, damaged parts, and stock discrepancies to the Service Center In-Charge.
Ensure warranty parts and supporting documentation are maintained in accordance with CFMOTO warranty procedures.
Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities as required.
Ensure no unauthorized or non-genuine parts are issued or installed through the service center.
