Job Purpose

The individual is primarily responsible to serve card customers & contribute to revenue generation for the Bank.

Functional Responsibilities

Customer Service

• The primary job role is to provide debit card & credit card related services to the customers.

• The incumbent need to handle all customer queries, requests, complains and disputes patiently and appropriately according to policy.

Revenue generation/collaborative Contribution

• Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize bank’s earnings.

• Meet collaborative business target.

Communication

• Co-ordinate & follow up with relevant departments to provide smooth customer services.

• Maintain E-mail correspondence with Cards, Credit & Collection, and Branches as and when required.

Statutory Audit Management

• Provide data and documents as per requirements of auditors and resolve their queries.

Learning & Development

• Ensure participation in monthly training and attend assessments every month.

Education

• 4 years of Graduation or Master’s degree(preferably in business) from a reputed university.

Technical & Behavioral Skills

• Proficiency in MS office, MS word, MS Excel, MS Power point etc.

• Strong communication skill, customer handling capability, attention to detail, problem solving mindset, negotiation skill, quick decision making capacity & above all high level of integrity.
