• Should have computer literacy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.

• Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set.

• Cash/ Cheque/ Bill Receipt and Payment by managing queues, ensure security and maintaining cleanliness in the cash area.

• Perform swift and accurate cash transactions, both receiving and disbursing, and ensure correct denominations are handled.

• Deliver customer-centric service at the cash counter, ensuring satisfaction through courteous interactions and the amiable resolution of any disputes.

• Load cash into ATMs, manage cash unloading, and perform daily reconciliation.

• Assist with cash and vault management, which includes balancing cash tills and managing vault keys when the Cash In-Charge is absent.

• CTR & STR preparation as per BFIU guidelines.

• Stay aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions, and money laundering activities, and adhere to all banking regulations and policies.

• Follow the guideline of internal control and compliance instruction issued by Bangladesh Bank & AlB PLC and ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly functional checklist.

• Achieve KPI targets like deposit, Accounts, Credit Cards, Loan and others.

• Maintain an adequate stock of forms and brochures in the cash area.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.

• Promote and advise customers on Bank’s Product & Services.
