Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• Master of Law (LLM)

CFA/CA/CMA/CS/CPA etc. will be considered as an additional qualification.

• Age At most 55 years

•  Implementing strategies to maximize company’s value and make the CVC Brokerage to run at profitable operation;

• Ensuring that CVC Brokerage is in full compliance with the rules and regulation in all action;

• Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives;

• Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets;

• Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems and maintaining the operational performance of the company;

• Representing the company to major customers and professional associations;

• Maintaining full accountability to the board and key shareholders for all company operations activities;

• Monitoring and guidance the actions of the branch, agents & department head;

• Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team including Information Technology, Finance, Client Services, CDBL settlement, Trade operations;

• Formulating and successfully implementing policies and procedure;

• Coordinating each individual department of the company to successfully implement; policy, directive or adopt the strategy.
