• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 40 to 60 years

a) Implementing strategies to maximize company’s value and make the CVC Brokerage to run at profitable operation;

b)Ensuring that CVC Brokerage is in full compliance with the rules and regulation in all action;

c)Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives;

d)Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets;

e)Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems and maintaining the operational performance of the company;

f)Representing the company to major customers and professional associations;

g)Maintaining full accountability to the board and key shareholders for all company operations activities;

h) Monitoring and guidance the actions of the branch, agents & department head;

i)Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team including Information Technology, Finance, Client Services, CDBL settlement, Trade operations;

j) Formulating and successfully implementing policies and procedure;

k) Coordinating each individual department of the company to successfully implement; policy, directive or adopt the strategy
