Minimum of 3 years for Officer, 4 years for SO, 5 years for EO, 6 years for SEO, 8 years for AVP, 10 Years for SAVP of progressive experience in Retail Liability Business, with any reputed private commercial bank focusing on Head of Retail Liability Business, Branch-Sub-Branch Monitoring, Specialized Banking (Women, Professional, NRB Banking, Payroll & Employee Banking, Student Banking, Direct Sales Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
The Premier Bank PLC., one of Bangladesh’s leading private commercial banks, is looking for dynamic, customer-focused and experienced professionals to join its Retail Banking Division in the following positions.
Head of Retail Liability Business (FVP-VP)
Lead and drive the Bank’s overall Retail Liability Business strategy and growth.
Develop and execute strategies for CASA, scheme deposit, term deposits and other liability products.
Drive acquisition of new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers.
Set business targets and monitor performance of branches, sub-branches, Agents and sales channels.
Identify market opportunities and emerging customer segments.
Lead product, pricing, campaign and sales initiatives in coordination with relevant units.
Ensure business growth while maintaining regulatory and internal policy compliance.
