Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Relevant experience in HR/OD/PMS/L&D/Talent Management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.      
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and dashboard/report preparation).
  •  Sound understanding of KPI and competency-based Performance Management concepts.
  • Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills, with high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

Organization Development (OD)

  • Support the review and maintenance of organizational structures, organograms, and manpower planning across CHO Divisions/Departments and Branches.

  • Assist in standardizing Job Descriptions (JD), Job Objectives (JO), and the JD–JO–KPI framework in line with Bank-approved guidelines.

  • Coordinate and maintain documentation for Gender Diversity & Inclusion and other Bank-wide OD initiatives.

  • Support Assessment Centre and Development Centre activities, including scheduling, data compilation, coordination, and reporting.

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Support the administration of MTB's KPI- and competency-based Performance Management System.

  • Assist in setting, reviewing, and communicating JO-KPIs across the Bank.

  • Coordinate the KPI sign-off process and half-yearly review/rating cycle.

  • Maintain records of employee-supervisor KPI agreements and performance-related documentation.

  • Support the annual performance appraisal cycle, rating calibration, and timely completion of performance reviews.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development programs.

  • Assist in preparing training proposals, training notes, and related documentation.

  • Support the rollout of the Corporate Leadership Development Program (CLDP) and other capability-building initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers/institutes for scheduling, logistics, and post-training activities.

  • Maintain training records and MIS and support measurement of training effectiveness and ROI.

Talent Management (TM)

  • Support succession planning and leadership competency mapping initiatives.

  • Coordinate Management Trainee (MMT) program administration and related talent pipeline activities.

  • Support professional certification and development initiatives for HR team members and identified talent pools.

  • Assist in maintaining talent management databases, reports, and HR analytics.
