Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, IT or related discipline.
Skills Requirements:
Strong understanding of system integration principles, API-based integrations, and service delivery processes.
Understanding system integration concepts, including APIs, authentication, data flows, and inter‑system dependencies.
Ability to evaluate and plan API-based integrations, including payload structures, request/response patterns, and expected transaction volumes.
Understanding of Data Center, Application, Database, Network, Infrastructure, and Cloud Migration approaches, including cutover, rollback, and business continuity considerations.
Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration and implementation activities.
Experience in creating and managing release plans with focus on timelines, dependencies, and integration impacts.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, testing, and release management practices.
Strong command of project and planning tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence) for tracking deliverables and timelines.
Knowledge of service delivery frameworks, including SLA design, performance baselines, and end‑to‑end service health.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Experienced Required:
3-5 years in Service integration, service delivery or technology environments.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for merchants, partners, vendors, government organizations, banks, billers, and other ecosystem participants to ensure successful service integration and implementation.
Coordinate integration activities, including interface validation, connectivity readiness, testing coordination, and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders for Bill Payment, Add Money, Merchant Payment, E-Commerce, Government Services, Fund Transfer, and other ecosystem services.
Liaise with government entities, banks, merchants, vendors, partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of integration-related deliverables, approvals, commitments, and dependencies.
Review and analyze business requirements, API specifications, workflow diagrams, solution designs, and technical documents to support integration planning and implementation activities.
Assess integration feasibility, technical dependencies, operational impacts, security considerations, and implementation readiness for new services, products, and enhancements.
Prepare and maintain project and integration-related documentation, including BRD, SRS, FRS, API specifications, workflow diagrams, implementation plans, operational procedures, and integration inventories.
Support project planning, sprint coordination, backlog management, task tracking, milestone monitoring, and implementation governance activities using project management and collaboration tools.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, Pilot Testing, Production Validation, and defect management activities to ensure service readiness, quality compliance, and successful implementation.
Coordinate release, deployment, migration, cutover, and Go-Live activities while ensuring timely communication, stakeholder alignment, and implementation readiness.
Support operational readiness, change management, transition planning, knowledge transfer, and service handover activities prior to commercial launch.
Track and facilitate resolution of integration issues, incidents, risks, dependencies, and action items by coordinating with relevant business, operational, and technical teams.
Maintain integration inventories, project records, implementation trackers, service documentation, release records, and management reports using Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying integration process gaps, automation opportunities, onboarding inefficiencies, and service enhancement recommendations.
