• Language & Framework Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of C# and modern .NET (.NET Core through .NET 10, ASP.NET Core Web API), writing clean, testable, and highly optimized code adhering to SOLID principles.

• System Design & Distributed Architecture: In-depth knowledge of large-scale system design, microservices architecture patterns (API Gateway, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Saga, Outbox), distributed data consistency, and low-latency API design.

• Advanced Database Engineering: Deep expertise in relational database internals, complex query tuning, execution plan analysis, advanced indexing strategies, schema modeling, and partitioning without relying on heavy abstractions.

• Microservices Ecosystem & Tooling: Hands-on experience with asynchronous event-driven messaging systems and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus), service discovery, distributed tracing, and distributed caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).

• Core Engineering & Concurrency: Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading, and diagnosing complex concurrency, race-condition, and performance bottlenecks.

• API Security & Resiliency: Practical implementation of robust authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT), payload validation, encryption/hashing standards, and defense against OWASP API Security Top 10 vulnerabilities.

Experienced Required:

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on backend development and system design experience within the .NET ecosystem.

• Proven track record of architecting and shipping high-throughput, low-latency microservices and APIs in production-grade environments.

Additional Requirements:

• Systems thinking mindset capable of breaking down complex domains into decoupled, resilient microservices.

• Strong independent problem-solving skills for high-concurrency, distributed failure scenarios and database locking issues.

• Clear technical communication to align architectural decisions with frontend developers, DBAs, and technical stakeholders

Responsibilities & Context:

• Architect and develop scalable, high-volume, and low latency microservices and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core / .NET 10.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering strictly to SOLID principles and industry-standard design patterns.

• Develop robust background processing services to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.

• Design and optimize relational database schemas, complex queries, and indexing strategies.

• Implement efficient caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) to reduce database load and improve response times.

• Identify and resolve application-level performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues.

• Enforce enterprise-grade API security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT) and safeguard systems against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.

• Ensure secure handling of sensitive data through proper payload validation, encryption, hashing, and secure credential storage.
