Skills Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of financial technology, Digital payment system and Digital Financial Services.

• Hands-on knowledge of software development and at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

• Experienced in working with global payment scheme providers i.e. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, NPSB etc.

• Working knowledge of Docker, Git and CI/CD tools.

• Highly experienced in Agile & Scrum methodology along with technical project management ability.

• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, API Gateway, microservices, JSON/XML, and ISO 8583

• Experience in working with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Swagger etc.

• Basic understanding of Kafka/message brokers, database concepts, and event-driven architecture.

• Strong understanding of system architecture principles: micro-services, API gateways and integration patterns.

Additional Requirements:

• Having CSM/CSPO/PMP certification is an advantage.

• Design and plan end-to-end solution architectures across multiple products, platforms and functional domains within FinTech and MFS ecosystems.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve system bottlenecks, performance issues, and scalability challenges in large-scale distributed environments.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of software development, backend technologies, API development, databases, and system integration.

• Architect solutions aligned with microservices architecture, API gateways, and event-driven design principles.

• Develop POCs for R&D initiatives and develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to validate technical use cases and end-to-end workflows

• Work with payment networks, financial institutions, MNOs, gateways, and technology partners on technical integrations.

• Ensure solution designs meet security, compliance, regulatory, and reliability requirements of financial systems.

• Understand transaction processing, integration flows, failure/reversal handling, reconciliation and settlement.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of system architecture and design principles, prepare and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications
