Bachelor’s or master’s in Computer science and engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

• Familiarity with front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS) sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working and experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

• Having Certification in UX/UI design (e.g., Google UX Design, NN/g UX Certification) is an advantage. 

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products, from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs, pain points, and behavioral insights.

• Translate research findings and business requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Design and maintain a consistent design system and component library to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, well-scoped, and implemented with fidelity.

• Run usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback and analytics.

• Present design concepts, rationale, and research insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterative design cycles.

• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within FinTech and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) products.
