Responsibilities & Context:
1.Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages & follow-ups professionally.
2.Collect customer feedback after delivery. Identify Dissatisfied customers and take corrective action.
3.Confirm orders, exchange, refund & complaint handling.
4.Customer feedback collection & issue resolution.
5.Daily follow-up, CRM data management & reporting.
6.Co-ordinate with Sales, Packing, Delivery & Management teams to resolve customer related issues.
