- Age 25 to 35 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in a courier company
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (must)
- Good computer knowledge
- Typing speed: 30–40 WPM
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare shipment information and maintain proper documentation
Accurate data entry without errors
Track, sort, and handle shipments (inside & outside warehouse)
Maintain records of invoices and shipments
Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relations
Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support
