Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 50 years
- Applicants should have 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in similar roles within the Business Development domain, preferably in the BPO/Call Center/Contact Center sector.
- Proven experience in business development or marketing within the IT/Software industry; experience at the B2B level is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a proven track record of acquiring new customers in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Reasonable understanding of or experience with formal project proposals and procurement processes, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good project management skills to oversee the implementation of business strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
SuperTel Limited is seeking skilled, proactive, hands-on IT Specialists to join our growing IT team.
Ideal candidates should have strong technical expertise in VICIdial, Asterisk/VoIP, Linux Server Administration, and Networking, and be able to independently manage, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical IT infrastructure and call centre applications.
