Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Assistant to join our growing team.
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a courier company
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (must)
• Good computer knowledge
• Typing speed: 30–40 WPM
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Prepare shipment information and maintain proper documentation
• Accurate data entry without errors
• Track, sort, and handle shipments (inside & outside warehouse)
• Maintain records of invoices and shipments
• Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational support
