• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 18 to 40 years

• Experience in property preservation or maintenance industry will get preference.
• Must have High proficiency in English
• Good Decision making capacity and Analytical skills.
• Experience in managing projects and small groups.
• Good command over MS Office.

Working Hours: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻/𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Draft and send accurate sales proposals to international clients.

• Ensure services meet client instructions and quality standards.

• Deliver results on time using appropriate technology.

• Track proposals for end-to-end service delivery.

• Track approved proposals to ensure end-to-end service delivery.

• Festival Bonus: 2

After successful completion of 3 months probationary period Salary will be revised.

Two Festival Bonuses

Quarterly Performance Bonus KPI based

Yearly Increment based on KPI
