Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭.
∎ Working Hours: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
∎ Weekend : Saturday & Sunday
∎ 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
∎ • Experience in property preservation or maintenance industry will get preference.
∎ • Must have High proficiency in English
∎ • Good Decision making capacity and Analytical skills.
∎ • Experience in managing projects and small groups.
∎ • Good command over MS Office.
∎ 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻/𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
∎ • Draft and send accurate sales proposals to international clients.
∎ • Ensure services meet client instructions and quality standards.
∎ • Deliver results on time using appropriate technology.
∎ • Track proposals for end-to-end service delivery.
∎ • Track approved proposals to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
