Job Responsibilities
Connect with Global Clients: Reach out to international business prospects with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
Present MCA Solutions Effectively: Pitch MCA and business loan options, outline program benefits, and resolve client objections.
Understand & Tailor Solutions: Actively listen to business owners and offer financial options tailored to their business requirements.
Drive High-Yield Results: Consistently maintain an SPD of at least 1 while exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, call targets, and conversion rates.
Build Strong Client Relationships: Maintain trust and credibility to encourage long-term business engagement and repeat deals.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with team leads and underwriters to optimize pitch strategies and closing ratios.
