Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day production activities and factory operations.
Assist in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to production, maintenance, quality, and workplace safety.
Monitor production output, equipment downtime, and operational efficiency.
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data to support performance evaluation and decision-making.
Participate in quality control, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Gain practical exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Support technical projects, identify operational challenges, and contribute to effective problem-solving.
Develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities through hands-on industrial learning.
