Educational Requirements

• Candidates with relevant marketing, media, or communication skills will receive priority.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain our Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Plan and publish engaging social media content, promotional photos, and videos.
• Shoot and edit promotional photos and videos.
• Conduct Facebook Live sessions and appear in promotional videos.
• Run, monitor, and analyse Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Analyse advertising performance, including reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, cost per lead, and campaign results.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.
• Communicate with prospective students and clients, manage enquiries, and follow up on leads.
• Conduct B2B outreach to universities, educational institutions, agencies, and potential business partners.
• Support partnership development, brand awareness, and marketing campaigns for study abroad and IELTS services.
Required Skills
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, photo editing, and video editing.
• Confidence in video shooting, appearing on camera, and conducting live sessions.
• Practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign performance analysis.
• Active interest in Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and business partners.
• Creativity, analytical thinking, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Important: Photo editing, video shooting, and live sessions are mandatory parts of this role.
Salary: BDT 15,000–20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Job Location: Shantinagar, Bailey Road, Dhaka.
