Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll and HR operations, preferably in the RMG sector.
Good knowledge of ERP payroll systems, attendance management, and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Bangladesh EPZ Labour Law and Rules will be an advantage.
Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily attendance, leave, gate pass, and missing punch records in ERP.
Prepare and check monthly salary sheets and coordinate with Finance.
Process final settlements, maternity benefits, Eid bonuses, and EL encashment.
Maintain employee increments, promotions, demotions, and confirmation records.
Monitor late attendance, absenteeism, and attendance corrections.
Maintain employee personal files and payroll documents.
Prepare payroll-related reports and ensure accurate salary processing.
Support other HR and administrative activities as required.
