Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum HSC/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Garments Quality Control, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in underwear, lingerie, knitwear, briefs, boxers, panties, or similar products will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Inline, End-line, Pre-final, and Final Inspection.

• Good knowledge of AQL, measurement, workmanship, packing, labels, barcode, carton, and product quality requirements.

• Able to identify quality problems and follow Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.

• Able to manage and guide the GPQC/QC team.

• Must be able to maintain independent, accurate, and objective quality reporting.

• Basic English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage daily GPQC activities and QC team performance.

• Conduct and monitor quality inspection during production and before shipment.

• Ensure production and packing are fully completed before final inspection.

• Follow up major quality issues and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, Merchandising, and Management.

• Prepare and maintain inspection records and quality reports.

• Support Buyer QC and third-party inspection activities.
