• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 10+ years of experience in Outer ware & Sportswear Garments Manufacturing,

• Strong knowledge on garment construction, fabrics, measurements, colours, embroidery, printing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, finishing, and other key production processes.

• Understanding of Quality Assurance systems, standards, methods, and industry practices.

• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead Quality teams across multiple units.

• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and relevant computer applications.

• Develop and implement quality procedures, standards, testing specifications, and safety guidelines for woven Jacket & Pants.

• Strong experience in customer and buyer quality management, audits, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Proven track record of using quality data and insights to drive business improvement, reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organization-wide quality improvement initiatives.

• Fluent and good communication skill in English
