Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Woven Manufacturing, Lingerie Manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Must have sound knowledge of IE (Industrial Engineering), including production planning, line balancing, capacity analysis, productivity measurement and efficiency improvement.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Woven Manufacturing, Lingerie Manufacturing

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in production, process control, industrial engineering and/or waste management, preferably in the apparel/manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of process analysis, waste reduction, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.

• Ensure effective product process control and monitor production flow.

• Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency and quality.

• Monitor and control process waste, material loss and operational wastage.

• Develop and maintain an effective waste management system, including segregation, reduction, reuse and disposal.

• Identify process-related problems and take corrective actions to minimize waste and production cost.

• Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, Maintenance and other relevant departments to achieve operational targets.

• Prepare and review process-control, waste-analysis and performance reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental requirements, safety standards and applicable regulations.
