Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules and other relevant regulations.

• Monitor environmental compliance of the spinning mill.

• Monitor working hours, attendance, overtime, leave, wages, benefits and other employment conditions.

• Ensure compliance regarding child labor, forced labor, discrimination, harassment and disciplinary practices.

• Monitor fire safety arrangements, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, alarms and evacuation routes.

• Coordinate with EHS, Fire & Safety and Production teams to reduce workplace risks.

• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding waste management, water usage, wastewater, chemical storage and pollution control.

• Ensure proper documentation of environmental permits, licenses and related records.

• Ensure required licenses, certificates and statutory documents remain valid.

• Coordinate preparation for customer, buyer, certification and third-party compliance audits.

• Identify compliance gaps and prepare inspection reports.

• Prepare weekly/monthly compliance reports for management.

• Maintain audit reports, CAP records and evidence of corrective actions.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
