• Only Male

•                    Knowledge of Sweater steps to make a garment & fit analysis

•                    Knowledge of sweater techniques and programming.

•                    Familiar with knitting machines like: Shima/ Stoll.

•                    Able to review samples: prototype, fit samples, size sets, PPs and prepare evaluation reports.

•                    Full Confident to approve samples and make comments and Techncal Improvent and recommendations

•                    Follow from development till final sample approvals

•                    Ability to work and make decision independently

•                    Ability to connect with factory to find solutions for better and more production friendly products.

•                    Managing day to day technical activities & liaising with all departments among merchandising, QA, suppliers for problem solving.

•                    Frequent factory visits and review of production processes to ensure goods/ samples are done in a production friendly way

•                    Providing instructions to suppliers on chart making/grading, fabrications, construction and sweater related operations and finding alternative options.

•                    Developing supplier’s skill in production and sampling

•                    Educate suppliers according to need.

•                    To prepare   Risk Assessment  related to product.

•                    To participate with QA department  and Attending PPMeeting.

•                    To liaise  with production Technical Constraints once production is Launched
