• Additional Requirements:
• Good Communication Skills, must be fluent in English both spoken and written
• Understanding of Microsoft tools, Outlook, illustrator(optional)
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Note that, Our Management is foreigners so fluent in English known person can apply otherwise please ignore.

• To have a very good technical knowledge of knit products.

• Ability to understand patterns and to detect fitting issues

• Good understanding of fabric, print, embroidery and wash

• Eager to learn/curiosity

• Collaborative attitude/teamwork

• To have a good Knowledge of testing requirements of EU

• To check development, 1st proto, revised proto and preproduction sample (PPS) before sending to buyer

• Checking garments in terms of general aesthetic look, quality of workmanship, conformity, measurements, symmetry of garments and fitting.

• To ensure that right first-time samples are sent to buyer

• To lead a risk analysis meeting to filter critical styles from going into production

• To be able to reengineer a product to make it production friendly without changing the style

• To identify fitting problems and correct patterns to improve fitting

• To prepare fitlog/comments/ppt to send to buyer

• To grade specs and validate graded specs for production.

• To identify grading mistakes on buyer specs and validate specs for bulk.

• To be able to propose animation(print/embroidery) position and size grading.

• Decision maker - to send or reject samples

• To clarify comments with buyer technologist by phone and email

• To be able to train and do workshop with factory technical people to understand our quality standards and requirements.

• To conduct handing over meeting with production/QA team
