• Proficiency in MS Excel and IE-related software/tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Conduct capacity analysis to determine production efficiency and line output.

• Drive process improvement initiatives across production operations.

• Carry out production studies to monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance.

• Perform bottleneck analysis to identify and resolve production constraints.

• Prepare Operation Bulletins (OB) for assigned production lines.

• Allocate critical processes before line feeding to ensure smooth production flow.

• Ensure machine pre-setup for upcoming critical processes and follow up on execution.

• Collect and analyze Non-Productive Time (NPT) data.

• Follow up on Quick Changeover (QCO) activities to minimize downtime.

• Design and optimize workstation layouts for improved efficiency.

• Implement waste management practices within the production process.
