Strong knowledge of dyeing, circular and flat knitting, stenter, dryer, compactor, slitting, raising, sueding and shearing machines.
Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting MBR and biological ETP.
Proficiency in preparing BOQs, cost estimates and annual maintenance budgets.
Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for organizing & supervising all schedule of routine electrical maintenance work and maintain all records of routine maintenance.
Instant troubleshooting work for Dyeing, Circular Knitting , Flat Knitting , Stenter & Dryers, Compactor , Slitting, Raising, Sueding & Shearing machines.
Maintain compliance requirements according to BNBC, NFPA, IEC, Electric Rules 1937(amend Single Line Diagram; reviewed and installation of Fire Detection System. Approve & Installation of Lightning protection System according to NFPA 780, RSC & LRQA standards.
Preparing yearly budget for maintenance for all units.
Regular maintenance and instant troubleshooting on 263 m3/hr (6.3 MLD) MBR ETP and 100 m3/hr biological ETP.
Maintain all equipment calibration yearly and keep the record up to date for compliance requirement.
Responsible for EME Compliance and Environment compliance. Higg index, etc.
Responsible for managing a team of engineering Personnel engaged in installation. Maintenance of textile miles and utility services.
Prepare BOQ Cost estimation and documents of electro-mechanical technical issues.
Responsible for preparing the training materials to develop the work forces technical through theoretical and sessional classes.
To preparing the BOQ for all type of to modification work.
To check and verify daily maintenance shift report and also analysis and locate the cause for frequently several time same problem record
To issue the indent and give guideline to purchase the material to maintain the inventory reduction through general store.
Responsible for maintaining spare parts and repairing work through local workshop.
To check the bill and act as an associate with the accounts department of made the party bill amount.
