Executive/Senior Executive (CRM)

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Training Institutes, Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Mobile Accessories, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Age 24 to 40 years
• Only Female

Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate customer information, sales leads, meeting records, and follow-up status.

Coordinate and schedule client meetings for the sales team and attend meetings when required.

Contact prospective clients to encourage engagement and arrange meetings with the sales team.

Respond to after-sales service callbacks, understand customer concerns, provide appropriate guidance, and coordinate with the Service Team for necessary support and resolution.

Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction and business relationships.

Prepare and maintain CRM reports on client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and service requests.
