Job Context
The role involves developing content ideas and plans across digital channels, coordinating content production for digital platforms and campaigns, and driving engagement across digital communities. It also focuses on managing agency relationships, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing content production, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Job Responsibility
• Develop ideas and plans for content across digital channels.
• Create and coordinate content production for all digital platforms and campaigns.
• Drive engagement across digital community channels.
• Manage and guide agencies to ensure timely and consistent delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to source required third parties for content production and facilitate the necessary procurement processes, including raising PRs and POs.
• Coordinate with Finance to align project budgets for campaigns and content projects.
• Coordinate periodically with P&T to stay updated on assets and obtain required reports.
• Conduct periodic market visits to understand current consumer needs and market trends.
• Track content performance and maintain reports for assigned campaigns and projects.
• Monitor the end-to-end content production process, including OVCs and AI content.
• Participate in pre-production meetings, briefing sessions, and shoot days as part of content production coordination with production houses.
