Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with strong relevant experience may also apply.
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 4 years of practical experience in Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Hands-on experience in Solar PV system design, installation, testing and commissioning.
Good understanding of On-Grid, Hybrid and Off-Grid Solar Systems, lithium battery storage and inverter integration.
Knowledge of SREDA guidelines, net metering and relevant electrical safety standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst and MS Office; familiarity with other solar design software will be an advantage.
Experience in commercial and industrial solar projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys, load assessments and technical feasibility studies.
Design Solar PV and BESS systems, including system sizing, SLD, BOQ and technical proposals.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and project execution.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and clients to ensure quality and timely project completion.
Provide technical support for project costing, quotations, troubleshooting and after-sales service.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management.
Additional Requirements
Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Bangladesh.
