Air Holiday, a leading travel management company in Bangladesh, is looking for an experienced, energetic, and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Tour Operations & Package.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and manage domestic and international tour packages.
Prepare customized tour itineraries, costing, and quotations.
Coordinate with overseas DMCs, hotels, resorts, airlines, and other travel partners.
Manage group tours, FIT tours, family holidays, and corporate travel arrangements.
Handle hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing, and other ground arrangements.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive package pricing.
Manage tour operations from initial inquiry to successful trip completion.
Provide professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in tour operations and package management.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Good understanding of tour costing, itinerary preparation, and supplier coordination.
Experience in handling group tours and customized travel packages.
Knowledge of airline ticketing and GDS (Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre) will be an added advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
